1. Order Processing

• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next working day.

2. Shipping Time & Partners

• We ship across India using trusted courier partners such as Bluedart, Delhivery, and others.

• Estimated delivery times:

  • Metro & Tier‑1 Cities: 2–4 business days

  • Tier‑2 / Remote Areas: 5–8 business days

Note: Delivery timelines may vary based on location, weather, or operational conditions.

3. Order Tracking

• Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email or SMS.

• You can track your shipment on the courier partner’s official tracking page.

4. Damaged or Lost Shipments

• If your shipment arrives damaged, please take clear photographs before opening the package.

• Email our support team within 48 hours of delivery with the images and your order ID.

• Upon verification, we will arrange for a replacement if the issue is genuine.
