Returns & Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation

  • Once an order is placed, you cannot cancel it.

2. Returns / Replacements

  • No refunds issued — only replacements where there are genuine issues (defects, damage, etc.).

  • All return requests must be made within 7 calendar days of delivery.

  • Product must be unused, with original packaging and tags intact.

3. Verification Process

  • You will need to provide photos/videos clearly showing the defect.

  • We may ask for the product to be returned for inspection.

4. Replacement Policy

  • If approved, replacement will be shipped at no extra cost.

  • If stock is unavailable, alternative options will be offered (e.g. store credit or similar product).

5. What Doesn’t Qualify

  • Damage from misuse, accident, wear & tear.

  • Altered or customized product.
