Returns & Cancellation Policy
1. Cancellation

Once an order is placed, you cannot cancel it.
2. Returns / Replacements

No refunds issued — only replacements where there are genuine issues (defects, damage, etc.).

All return requests must be made within 7 calendar days of delivery.

Product must be unused, with original packaging and tags intact.
3. Verification Process

You will need to provide photos/videos clearly showing the defect.

We may ask for the product to be returned for inspection.
4. Replacement Policy

If approved, replacement will be shipped at no extra cost.

If stock is unavailable, alternative options will be offered (e.g. store credit or similar product).
5. What Doesn’t Qualify
-
Damage from misuse, accident, wear & tear.

Altered or customized product.
